The size chart looks wierd. How do I find my size?

Good question! All of our sizes are unisex to provide clothing for EVERY body. The size chart (in inches) measurement refers to bust/chest size for tees, crop tops, and sweatshirts. 

Where is your warehouse?

Orders will be fulfilled via our drop-shipping platform from our fulfillment center in North Carolina (for US orders) and Latvia (for European orders).

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping time in the U.S. takes 2-7 business days after fulfillment (2-7 business days). Expedited shipping will only apply to the shipping process, not the fulfillment process.

97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

What about international orders?

For international orders, it will be shipped within 10-20 business days. Keep in mind that we don't ship orders to Cuba, Iran, Iraq, and North Korea. We ship internationally to all other countries!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards such as American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover.

We also accept mobile wallets and payment systems like Google Pay, Apple Pay, Venmo, Paypal, JCB, Diner's Club, and Shopify Pay.

I placed an order, but never received a confirmation email.

Double check your spam folder! If you still don't see it, you may have provided us with the wrong email. Reach out to us at support@coffeeandcoded.com with your name, purchase amount, and zip code. If your order was successfully placed, we will find the order and re-issue your confirmation.

What's your return policy?

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please send it back to our distribution center (return address on your packing slip) within 30 days of the delivery date with a completed return slip. Please make sure to specify order number(s) on the return slip so we can ensure your credit is accurate. 

All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, and still, have the original tags attached.  We are happy to issue you a refund in the form of a COFFEE & CODED Apparel E-Card for use on a future purchase. E-Gift Cards never expire! 

Please note: At this time we can only process domestic returns in the US. We apologize for the inconvenience. 

Do you do exchanges? 

We can process exchanges for domestic, US customers only at this time. Please follow the same process for the return policy above.

Do you issue refunds?

We are happy to issue you a refund in the form of a COFFEE & CODED Apparel E-Card for use on a future purchase. E-Gift Cards never expire!
